About You.

SEMPRE is expanding its in-house manufacturing capability and is seeking an experienced individual to join our team at our headquarters in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The ideal candidate will have experience in all aspects of production inventory management. For more information, email jobs@sempre.ai.

What You'll Do:

• Production Support: Develop kitting and staging strategies to supply the shop floor, preventing line stoppages.
• Inventory Control: Maintain accurate real-time inventory records for raw materials, Work-in-Progress (WIP), and finished goods.
• Receiving: Oversees inbound freight, carrier relationships, and documentation.
• Receiving Inspection: Examine, test, and document incoming materials and goods to ensure they meet purchase orders, specifications, and quality standards before entering production or storage.
• Replenishment & Purchasing: Evaluate supply needs and set reorder points to ensure timely restocking.
• Reporting & Data Analysis: Analyze data and generate reports on inventory levels.
• Team Collaboration: Work with purchasing, planning, operations, and engineering to prioritize company goals.

The Requirements.

• Experience: 5+ years in logistics or manufacturing operations
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MRP systems, ability to make accurate physical measurements of parts
• Core Competencies: Strong analytical skills, communication, problem-solving, and leadership.

Candidates must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of Colorado Springs, CO, since this is not a remote position. Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
