Our Product - Automated Physical Security

Our full-stack solution enables autonomous aerial and ground robots to operate persistently alongside human security teams—providing continuous situational awareness, rapid response capabilities, and actionable intelligence at scale. Position

The Materials Manager, Supply Chain supports manufacturing operations by ensuring accurate inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods. This role works closely with both manufacturing and engineering and is critical to maintaining uninterrupted production by aligning inventory control practices with production schedules, minimizing downtime, and optimizing material flow throughout the facility.

Primary duties include:

· Monitor and manage inventory levels for raw materials, components, WIP, and finished goods

· Coordinate closely with production planning to ensure material availability for manufacturing schedules

· Perform cycle counts and physical inventory audits in accordance with company procedures

· Investigate root causes of inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions

· Maintain accurate data in ERP system

· Track material usage, scrap, and waste to improve inventory accuracy and cost control

· Support material replenishment and collaborate with procurement on reorder points and lead times

· Ensure proper inventory transactions related to production orders, returns, and adjustments

· Assist in implementing and maintaining lean manufacturing and inventory control practices

· Generate and analyze reports on inventory performance, stock levels, and variances

Required Skills and Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

· 3+ years of inventory control experience in a manufacturing environment

· Experience with ERP/MRP systems and production-related inventory transactions

· Strong understanding of inventory flow in manufacturing (raw materials, WIP, finished goods)

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)

· Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

· High attention to detail and accuracy

· Experience with lean manufacturing, Kanban, or just-in-time (JIT) inventory systems

· Familiarity with BOMs (Bills of Materials) and production scheduling

· Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment

Salary Range: $ 65,000.00 – 85,000.00 per year

The salary range for this role is an estimate and reflects base salary only. Actual compensation will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, education, and business needs. Full-time offers also include highly competitive equity as part of Asylon’s total compensation package.
